First Mortgage
Property owners who possess their property’s title deeds are eligible to apply for a first mortgage. Upon successful application, Wings Finance will provide a mortgage for up to 85% of the property’s value regardless of its age with the added benefit of express withdrawals. The application process is simple and convenient and approval may take as little as 30 minutes.
Second Mortgage
Property owners who have an existing mortgage with a bank or financial institution and require additional funding may apply for a second mortgage. The approval process for a second mortgage at Wings is comparatively faster than refinancing with a banking institution and we do not require the applicant to provide title deed documents. A second mortgage can be approved and granted within 48 hours.
Third Mortgage
Wings Finance will provide a third mortgage for up to 85% of the property’s value with no title deed required. The application process is simple and convenient. Once approved, the funds can be withdrawn immediately. Our loan officers can also tailor a personalised solution to meet your needs.
Owners Preferential Loans
Owners of public housing under the Home Ownership Scheme (HOS), Sandwich Class Housing Scheme (SCHS), and public rental housing without premium are welcome to apply for preferential loans, with the added flexibility of express withdrawals.
For public housing under the Home Ownership Scheme (HOS), Sandwich Class Housing Scheme (SCHS), and public rental housing with premium, owners are welcome to mortgage their properties, while enjoying the benefits of simple procedures and quick approval.
